Bio: Son has joined Cox as the Director – University Relations Strategy. He started his career in management consulting and then transitioned into the recruiting function. He has extensive experiences in developing and implementing University Relations programs and recruiting university talents for organizations. He has led recruiting efforts for IBM’s Global Business Services (focusing on MBAs), AT&T, and Emory University (where he served as the Director of the Business School’s Career Services office). Recently, he led all of Talent Acquisition for Model N – software company based out in San Francisco and was part of their IPO.

Son grew up in Atlanta where he earned his engineering degree from Georgia Tech and later received his MBA from Emory University.
