Jerry is a Managing Director with Navigant Consulting’s Transaction Advisory Services practice in Atlanta. He is responsible for valuation analysis and financial advisory services for clients seeking support related to mergers and acquisitions, strategic affiliations, regulatory compliance, litigation/arbitration expertise, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

Jerry is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds both the Series 79 and 63 licenses as a registered representative of Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC (Navigant’s broker-dealer subsidiary). Jerry also co-leads Navigant's Asian-Ancestry Employee Resource (ERG) Group and is a member of the company's Diversity & Inclusion Council.

Jerry graduated with a BBA in finance (cum laude) from Georgia State University and with an MBA from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.

Jerry was the Founding President of NAAAP-Atlanta in 1997 and believes diversity is important because organizations derive more optimal results when problems are approached by individuals with varied backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
