Christina Kisley, President and CEO, founded Life-Long Leadership (L3) in 2002. It is an organizational effectiveness firm that partners with individuals, teams and organizations to catalyze growth in various areas such as interpersonal relationships, team performance, and enterprise-wide leadership development. L3’s foundation is solidly built on a core set of values that include truth, compassion, personal and professional growth, intentionality, relationships and generosity.

Today, Christina uses her 26+ years of mastery in leadership development and organizational effectiveness to establish the overall strategic direction of L3, as well as providing high-level operational oversight. Her partner, Barbara Leahy, manages client development, engagement and satisfaction, and internal and external communications. They both work both “in and on” the business daily, and together lead a team of consulting partners in whom they invest their time and talents.

Life-Long Leadership partners with a variety of organizations in diverse industries across the United States. Corporate clients include companies such as Chick-fil-A, Inc., The Home Depot, and SunTrust Bank. They also work alongside both large nonprofits like The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and volunteer their time in smaller nonprofits like the Atlanta Youth Academy.

Prior to starting Life-Long Leadership, Christina served in various roles of increasing responsibility with The Home Depot at its Atlanta-based corporate headquarters including Training Specialist, Human Resources Development Generalist and Master Trainer. Her responsibilities included organizational analysis, curriculum and course design, training, facilitation, strategic planning, and the creation and management of high potential associate and supervisory development programs.

In the years before joining The Home Depot, Christina worked as a human resources and learning and development consultant for clients such as Comcast Communications located in West Palm Beach, Florida and Montell USA, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell Oil, located in Gahanna, Ohio.

Christina has completed extensive graduate work in Human Resource Development and Professional Counseling at Georgia State University. In 1995, she earned her Bachelor of Business Management with a major in Human Resource Management at The University of Toledo Business School in Ohio. Taking her commitment to the industry beyond the workplace, she is a member of the following professional organizations: Association for Talent Development, International Association of Facilitators, and the Neuroleadership Institute.

She currently resides in downtown Atlanta with her daughter and a bevy of animals. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and playing volleyball.
